This learning community is a resource for those that are looking to understand the body, herbal health, and truly holistic care. My hope is that these courses continue to evolve as we continue to explore, together, the intersections of health and our collective quest for liberation from racism, ableism, classism, homophobia, healthism, fatphobia, and other forms of oppression.
Hi, I’m Aline!
I'm a Naturopathic Doctor that's practiced in Wabanaki territory (Maine) for the last 8 years. In that time, I've also been health science faculty at a number of local universities and community colleges. One of my goals as a doctor is to support people to learn to trust their bodies in a world that tells them not to. As such, I approach patient support from a Health At Every Size ® approach and don't incorporate "weight management" into my suggestions. I'm very excited to share these courses in an online format after 8 years of teaching it in community. Thanks for joining me!
